FASHION RETAIL BASICS

This course prepares students for entry-level employment in the fashion retail industry.  Topics include sales techniques and customer service, types of fashion retailers, product identification and consumer behavior.  Students will learn the importance of soft skills in the work environment, the characteristics of a successful sales associate and national retail certification opportunities.
