HEALTH EDUCATION FOR OA

A course designed to enhance the physical and/or mental health of older adults through information programs, physical exercise and/or mental exercises/activities designed to reduce stress and anxiety.  Students can expect to improve muscle tone, flexibility, circulation and coordination; and, reduce emotional stress, improve mental and emotional health and stamina.  (FT)
