Juanita Ledesma, M.A., NCC, MCC
Ms. Juanita Ledesma has worked at San Diego Continuing Education (SDCE) providing educational, academic, career, general, and crisis counseling services to students since February 2003. She has worked at several campuses throughout SDCE. Ms. Ledesma has worked with many instructional programs including HSDP/HSE, ESL, Information Technology, Project Management, Digital Media, Culinary Arts, Business Information Technology, and Certified Nursing Assistant.
Ms. Ledesma earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and holds a Master’s degree in counseling from the University of San Diego with a minor in career development. She has certifications with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and with the National Career Development Association (NCDA). She has worked at South Metro Career Center as a career counselor and also with outplacement agencies, Veterans, and MiraCosta College Non-Credit, and Palomar College. She has taught Career Development courses at Palomar College and Poway Adult School. She is also the author of "Return and Succeed, Continue Your Education Now".
