Whether you are looking to better understand your department’s data or develop actionable strategies for equity, this workshop will provide valuable insights to help you begin the transformation toward equity-driven practices.

1. Recognize differences between: Reality, Equality, Equity and Justice

2. Recognize how data can highlight equity gaps and inform strategies to improve outcomes for all students.

3. Understand and explain key metrics, such as enrollment trends, demographics, and outcomes, to identify meaningful insights quickly.

4. Use disaggregated data to identify disparities in student access, success, and completion across different demographic groups.

5. Translate insights from student data into actionable steps that support equity-focused initiatives and decisions at the institutional level.
