Dear Zoom Account Holders:
Following our memo sent in Summer of 2024 regarding the Zoom Recording Storage Policy, we recognize there may be questions about upcoming deletion dates and which recordings will be affected.
To keep you updated, we’ve included a visual timeline for the system-wide deletion dates, including the type of recordings impacted. We have also included a link to our knowledgebase and an article on how to manually download your Zoom recordings and upload them to your TechConnect/3C Media Solutions account. Please note, each district is responsible for deletions and may have already communicated with you regarding your district policy dates and alternative storage solutions.
