Nutrition/Health-Older Adults

This course offers theory and practical applications to help older adults implement
appropriate food intake to optimize their nutritional status and maintain healthy
aging.
Topics include a healthy diet that will slow down age-related physiological decline
with the focus on wellness, adoption of healthy lifestyles, and self-management or
prevention of nutrition-related chronic diseases. (FT)
