César Chávez Day

All campuses will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2026, in observance of César Chávez Day. This state holiday honors the legacy of César Chávez, a civil rights and labor leader who dedicated his life to improving conditions for farm workers and advocating for social justice through nonviolent activism. It is a day to reflect on the values of equity, dignity, and community. Normal campus operations and classes will resume on Monday, April 6.
