Hands Only CPR & AED Introduction Training

DATE: November 1, 2024TIME: 2:00PM (60 Minutes)LOCATION: In-person at ECC, Room 169A minimum of 12 attendees required to run training.Awareness course provides a basic knowledge to what Cardiac Arrest is and what it isn't. It covers an understanding to other life-threatening medical emergencies. The course is hands-only CPR on mannequins and provides and introduction to Automated External Defibrillator (AED) device. Training led by Christopher Singh, from San Diego Project Heart Beat Training Center.  San Diego Project Heart Beat is a countywide program for both public and private venues throughout the region. It is the City of San Diego’s Public Access Defibrillation/CPR Program managed by the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
