Join this workshop to learn where and how to find our main district and colleges data facts. Content will include a review of data points related to: student enrollment, outcomes, human resources, facilities and fiscal resources. This workshop will include opportunities to learn how to find quick facts and how to use them.

Audience: Classified Staff, Faculty, Managers

Learning Outcomes:

1. Identify and locate important sections of the SDCCD Facts on File report relevant to institutional research, program planning, and decision-making.

2. Understand and explain key metrics, such as enrollment trends, demographics, and outcomes, to identify meaningful insights quickly.

3. Use districtwide data to support advocacy, resource allocation, and decision-making at the department, program, or institutional level.

4. Integrate findings from the Facts on File into reports, presentations, or conversations to effectively tell stories about student success, and institutional impact.
