We had our first Passport to Success/STAR workshop on August 31st at ECC. We have 18 faculty and 21 classified participants. We have added adjunct faculty members for the first time this year. We reviewed our FERPA training and had a chance to hear from our President Carlos Cortez, Vice President Michelle Fischthall, and Vice President Jacqueline Sabanos. Neill Kovrig presented an interesting Nuts and Bolts rap-up for our new Passport and STAR family. Our next workshop will be at Cesar Chavez Campus on October 5th and we will be hearing from Vice President Star Rivera- Lacey and the Student Services Team.
