Senator Toni Atkins recently toured SDCE’s Educational Cultural Complex to learn about free career training programs and other free classes offered throughout SDCE and at ECC. Senator Atkins represents Senate District 39. She also serves as Senate President Pro Tempore, which is the highest-ranking member of the California State Senate.
