Welcome new faces

Jessica Luedtke has been at SDCCD as a District research and planning analyst since 2008, and for many of the years has filled the role of the “non-official” noncredit researcher. She is happy to dive in full-time as Continuing Education’s first campus-based researcher. Prior to coming to SDCCD, Jessica was a Project Manager, Programming & Data Processing Department Manager at the Social Science Research Laboratory at San Diego State University. She has also enjoyed engaging in outside research activities and consulting in her off-time, and has worked with the RP Group on the Bridging Research Information and Culture (BRIC) Initiative, for which she authored one of their inquiry guides addressing common problem areas for translating data to action, and served on the North Orange Continuing Education Community College site visit team to provide technical assistance for program review and building the IR infrastructure.

With a set of boy-girl twins, Jessica’s newest venture is mastering the art of raising a toddler times two (student learning outcome: patience, patience, and more patience). She received a Master of Arts in Sociology, Applied Social Research and currently serves on the SDCE Program Review Committee and the Continuing Education and Districtwide Research Committees.
