Dear SDCCE Community,

On Wednesday, April 3rd, we successfully kicked off the California Community Colleges Institutional Effectiveness Partnership Initiative (IEPI) at SDCCE! We welcomed the IEPI Partnership Resource Team to our historic Educational Cultural Complex and hosted a full day of information gathering sessions with our administration, faculty, and classified professionals. This partnership will allow us to advance in areas of institutional effectiveness, professional development and communications. The inaugural IEPI site visit offered an engaging opportunity for the visiting team and employees to come together and collaborate as we move forward together into the future of noncredit education for our adult learners. Our partnership will bring many positive outcomes for our college, state system and all IEPI participating colleges. Thank you to all involved who offered a warm welcome to our state IEPI team. This is just the beginning, stay tuned for upcoming IEPI initiatives.
