Dear SDCCE Community,
October marks the celebration of Filipino American History Month! The Filipino community includes a rich history in both the Philippines and throughout the United States. California is home to the largest Filipino population in the nation. Today, SDCCE’s Asian, Pacific Islander, and Filipino student body makes up 19% of our college. We are proud of the vibrant culture and rich contributions they bring to SDCCE. In addition to observing the month, our college has many exciting events to look forward to - please join me!
