I would like to extend a sincere congratulations to Gregory Smith, who has served as acting chancellor of the San Diego Community College District since March. He has been selected by the SDCCD Board of Trustees as the district’s new permanent chancellor. Chancellor Smith has been a long-time champion of adult learners and noncredit education. We look forward to the next era of our district and our college with his leadership and vision.
Congratulations to Professor Helena Wei and students on a successful Emeritus Holiday Recital 2023. Take a look back at some of the photos from the event.

Pardon our dust: Headquarters at ECC is closed this week and all month of January while construction takes place inside the building. All team members who normally operate out of Headquarters have been relocated to temporary office spaces throughout ECC and the Cesar Chavez Campus.
