Career and College Services for SDCCE Alumni

Services for alumni do not end at graduation. San Diego College of Continuing Education students have a twelve-month grace period from the last time they attended class to work with the Career and College Transition Centers. If we helped you achieve your goals, we are proud to have been part of your success. While we hope that you have used our services while you were a student to help you successfully find a job, we also want to help those who still need assistance after graduation. Please use this site to explore the various services we can provide.

SDCE Alumni are provided the following free services:

Attendance at Employer Spotlights, Job Fairs, and employer networking events as well as access to the Career Center website and other career information sites linked to the Career Center web page SDCE Alumni can access San Diego Continuing Education Job Developers during a 20 minute consultation during Drop in Services. Drop-in appointments are a great place to start when you come to the Career and College Transition Center for the first time, as well as follow-up visits for immediate assistance. You must schedule an appointment with a job developer BEFORE coming to the center. Drop-in appointments are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Please contact the job developers through email or you may phone the campus closest to you to make an appointment.

You can meet with job developers during drop-ins and discuss such things as:

  • internships, part-time jobs, co-op positions
  • planning for graduate school
